A morning routine is all you need! How do I know?

Because I resisted having a morning routine for YEARS!

It wasn’t until I was encouraged by a mentor to give it a go that I truly understood & FELT the magic of feeling great throughout the WHOLE day!

I’m not a morning person!

For YEARS I struggled with getting up in the morning. The snooze button was my best friend and I'd push staying in bed for as long as possible!

I'd end up rushing out of bed, have no time for myself, other than a quick shower and maybe a yoghurt for breakfast. I'd get ready for work and hope to be in time to catch the bus and fly into work just as I should be logging in to start my next 8 hours!

I felt drained, tired & unmotivated - it sucked!

I put it down to being a night owl, my mum always joked that I was born at 10.30pm and would be wide awake into the late hours of the night!

Even as a Yoga Teacher of 8 plus years, I didn’t realise that I was missing a key component in my wellbeing until 2020!

I was so focused on helping others feel great through yoga that I put my wellbeing to the bottom of the to do list.
