Welcome to
Rise & Shine Wellbeing Membership
The 12 month membership to elevate your wellbeing
There’s something beautiful about the feeling of being on a wellbeing retreat.
Starting your day with a self care or mindfulness practice, able to ease into your day, no cares or worries.
You realise quickly just how great you feel.
Then ‘real life’ resumes, the alarm goes off and those transformative feelings retreat.
You aren’t sure how you can recreate that feeling at home!
You want to snooze & delay your busy day!
You feel guilty for wanting to
go on another retreat
to feel great
to escape
I remember feeling like that
For YEARS I struggled with getting up in the morning. The snooze button was my best friend and I'd push staying in bed for as long as possible!
I'd end up rushing out of bed, have no time for myself, other than a quick shower and maybe a yoghurt for breakfast. I'd get ready for work and hope to be in time to catch the bus and fly into work just as I should be logging in to start my next 8 hours!
I felt drained, tired & unmotivated - it sucked!
I put it down to being a night owl, my mum always joked that I was born at 10.30pm and would be wide awake into the late hours of the night!
Even as a Yoga Teacher of 8 plus years, I didn’t realise that I was missing a key component in my wellbeing until 2020!
I was so focused on helping others feel great through yoga that I put my wellbeing to the bottom of the to do list.
WIN THE MORNING, WIN THE DAY!
You may have heard the saying - win the morning, win the day.
By starting your day mindfully, giving time for yourself, this is exactly what you are going to do - WIN THE DAY.
Slowly moving into your day with gentle self care practices, allows you to check in and acknowledge what you need for the day ahead.
Whether you have 1 minute or 15 minutes, a morning routine is key to elevating your wellbeing.
It doesn’t have to look like it does on a wellbeing retreat - a simple mindset shift is super empowering to utilise the time you do have.
Are you a snooze-aholic?
How many times do you hit the snooze button?
Research shows that snoozing after your alarm goes off actually INCREASES tiredness and makes you feel drowsy.
Have you heard of the inverted snooze method?
This method is all about using your ‘snooze’ time - an average of 9 minutes - for time to treat yourself - your morning routine.
Not only will you ease out of hitting the snooze button, but you'll have something to look forward to as you start your day.
This is why in Rise & Shine Wellbeing I teach the 1% Mindset Method.
If you are watching people on your social media sharing:
their yoga practice
time with their kids
smiling at a business meeting
reading books
and enjoying their success
But all you want to know is
HOW CAN I HAVE THAT?
Know that you are in the right place.

Hi I’m Rachael
Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Teacher & an advocate for optimal hydration.
Having worked in the Holistic Health field since 2007, I have a wealth of knowledge to share.
But it wasn’t until 2020 that I realised I was a snooze-aholic!
I thought of myself as a night owl, that I just couldn’t do mornings, they weren’t my thing!
I now specialise in coaching women to create a simple yet supportive morning routine utilising 1% of their day.
For the past 2 years I’ve been slowly been building, tweaking & finding the morning routine that best elevates my wellbeing.
Knowing the positive effects I’ve experienced from creating a mindful morning routine, I’m here to help you create the same for yourself.

Soulful Sundays

Go easy on yourself
It takes 21 days to create a new habit, 90 days to create a new lifestyle!
Creating a new habit is hard, but you need to choose your hard!
What do I mean by that?
Well if getting up in the morning is hard so you hit the snooze a few times and feel lethargic for the whole day - that's pretty hard going!
If you choose to utilise those few minutes for yourself, it'll feel hard to start with BUT you will feel AMAZING once the habit is created.
If you are struggling, like I was for years, to create a solid morning routine, then I am here to help you.
Rise & Shine is my online wellbeing membership, where you get daily wellbeing practices. Each day I go live or share a pre-recorded practice exclusively for members of the Rise & Shine community.
Each practice is only 15 minutes, that's just 1% of your day, for you to take time for yourself to check in with self care. The membership is held in a private Facebook group for each month and you get lifetime access.
PLUS you can join a likeminded community wanting to win the day and feel great.

The 1% Mindset Method
Oh boy when I first heard Tony say the above quote, I have to admit I was a little triggered!
But how often have you thought to yourself or said out loud - I just don’t have enough time?!
Now let’s flip that and imagine getting 1% closer every day to your goal of feeling great in your mind & body.
1% doesn’t sound like much, but over time the compound effect is HUGE!
This is why I always say to clients:
✨Something is better than nothing! ✨
This is exactly what the 1% Mindset Method is about - creating a healthier, happier lifestyle with at least 1% effort.
Can you put 1% effort into your health & wellbeing?
Did you know 1% of your day is just under 15 minutes?
This is why the daily practices within Rise & Shine Wellbeing are only 15 minutes!
Create a mindful morning routine by gifting yourself 1% of your day to feeling great.
This community is a place to feel supported & guided as you honour time for your self care.
Learn new self care practices such as yoga, meditation, journaling & more, from as little as 91 pence per day.
