I’m super excited to be offering this CPD course and wanted to do an intro to those new to myself and why I’m teaching Astro Yoga.
I’m Rach, a Senior Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher.
Yoga has been part of my life since the age of 15 and Astrology has been in my life for around the same amount of time.
I completed my 1st YTT in 2007, with no intention of teaching, I just wanted to learn more about the practice I loved so much.
In April 2012 I started teaching local classes and my offerings grew from there, including running my own Yoga Studio from 2014-2020.
I attended a Lunar Yoga CPD in 2014 as part of a Prenatal Yoga franchise I was a member of and this sparked my interest in using the Moon cycles within my classes.
New moon meditations were added to my timetable as a monthly class in 2016 and was the 1st time I used Astrology to guide my offerings.
From 2018 I used the Astrological seasons to inspire my weekly classes.
Cosmic Wellbeing was created in 2021, this is my Yoga Teacher Training 40 hour course.
Yoga, The Moon & Astrology is the 1st of a range of CPD courses I will be running from 2022 onwards.
You can attend to expand your knowledge on the subject, attend individual courses to dive deeper into your personal development as a Yoga Teacher or attend different modules (with the addition of self study) to attend a certification in the Astro Yoga Cosmic Wellbeing Teacher Training.
