Yoga for every BODY
Move, breathe, relax
Anybody can practice yoga, it’s about listening to and being present with your body.
During our 1 hour weekly classes, I encourage you to move as feels best for you.
It’s not about the ‘perfect’ headstand or being about to push your heels to the ground in downward dog. You don’t even have to be able to touch your toes!
Your practice is exactly that - its yours.
Each week you’ll be guided by Rachael through a variety of yoga and relaxation practices, but only you know your body best.
You’ll be invited to practice - Yin and restorative practices as well as gentle and dynamic flowing yoga practices.
Each week will include breathwork at the start and be wrapped up with a final relaxation known as Shavasana.

Meet your Yoga Teacher
Rachael has been practicing Yoga since the age of 15 when she found a VHS her mum brought and she fell in love with the simple 10 minute practices!
She started teaching in Fareham in 2012 and opened the 1st Yoga Studio in Fareham Town Centre in 2014.
Rachael has trained and studied a range of yoga techniques and styles including Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
As well as weekly classes, Rachael has hosted a variety of retreats in the UK, Africa and Spain.
Though she closed the studio in 2020 she continues to offer classes online and runs retreats.

Short answer - YES!
Yoga is for everybody & there is always a way to tweak the practice to ensure it feels good in your body. Everybody's body is different & yoga is not a 1 size fits all. We love to help share the joy & benefits of the practice for all. -
No equipment is provided.
Please bring a suitable yoga mat
Please wear clothing you can easily move in and is comfortable
You may wish to bring props if these help your practice.
Please bring a refillable bottle of water to stay hydrated -
Choose the option of booking 1 class or for the full term, select the relevant button and follow the instructions to book your place.

Yes, we take credit and debit payment via the booking buttons.
You can also pay via Klarna.

You'll see a confirmation on the screen to confirm your booking.
Rachael will be in touch via email to confirm which class you wish to attend each week to book your place.

Once booked, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
We offer a discount per class for booking the full term. As long as you can attend most of them you will still be saving money.

The class pass gives you 1 class per week. If you wish to attend multiple classes per week you'll need to purchase multiple passes.
