BUT how do you know if what you’ve doing is working or if you still want to achieve that goal if you don’t review and reflect?

Let’s do exactly that and review the previous 3 months.

Grab your journal and use the following prompts:

  • What major goals have I achieved or gotten closer to in the last 90 days?

  • Does my vision/goal still inspire me?

  • Do I need to pivot or create a new one?

  • What new potentials have I witnessed unfolding in myself?

  • What is no longer acceptable to me?

  • Am I embracing change or resisting it?

  • Am I honouring myself with enough self care, self love & self respect?

  • What do I need to say yes or no to?

Now you’ve sat and reflected the next step is to plan for the upcoming 3 months, which we’ll go through on the blog next week.
