90 day plan, A Wellbeing Coaches guide

Fail to plan = plan to fail!

Sounds harsh I know, but there was a time when I rarely planned and how I wanted things to go rarely happened!

Some people seem to just go with the flow but having some sort of plan is essential to not letting life get on top of you and creates more ease and a lot LESS stress.

Last week I shared some journal prompts to help you review and reflect on the previous 3 months BEFORE diving into planning.

This is a great practice to do before making a plan. Even if this is your first 90 day plan, I encourage you to go through last weeks blog post to reflect BEFORE you make a plan.

Once you’re ready to create your next 90 day plan, dive in below.

Grab your journal and use the following prompts to help you refocus, adjust and modify your plan of action for the next 3 months:

  • What goal or project am I focusing on for the next 90 days?

  • What would I love to consciously create over the next 90 days?

  • Why I’d love to achieve this goal?

  • How will I feel when I’ve reached this goal?

If you were to pick 3 words to describe your best self and how you will show up over the next 90 days, what would they be?
