No you don’t have to wake up at 5am!

A business owner's lazy morning routine!

I’m not a morning person!

I never believed I was a morning person!

Until I fell in love with having a morning routine.

I’m also pretty lazy when I want to achieve something but know it can feel like hard work!

So I created a really gentle morning routine.

I started telling myself that I wake up when my alarm first goes off.

Yup I started that simple, I changed my identity from being a snoozer to becoming a morning person.

I created a playlist of guided meditations that I could just go into and play as soon as I switched off my alarm.

This made it easy for me to switch straight into a meditation practice right after waking.

I’d then move from the bed to the sofa where I’d journal, eat my breakfast all while cuddling the dog and still be in my PJs!

A morning routine doesn’t have to look or be a certain way, it's a tool to feel healthier and happier.

It might involve waking up at 5am and going for a run or waking up at 8.30am to meditate and journal.

Your morning routine might take 5 minutes or an hour - it really doesn’t matter as long as it helps you feel great.

What’s 1 thing you can do to start a morning routine?
