Self care kit - wellbeing on the inside

As winter season approaches in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s great to have a go to self care kit to keep your body in great shape, inside as well as out.

However it can seem overwhelming with where to even start when it comes to supplements or healthy alternatives for your usually products.

To make it easy for you, I’ve put together some of my favourite self care products to help:

*boost your immunity

From healthy teas and elixirs to my favourite apple cider vinegar - a small shot a day keeps the colds at bay!

*improve your sleep

Supplements to help sleep from falling asleep to sleeping longer. Try adding magnesium flakes to an evening bath or use the nasal strips to improve your breathing - this also increases your energy and focus.

*general self care

Love coffee - try my fav brand for FREE!

Strengthen your teeth with my go to toothpaste.
