Everyone keeps talking about burn out, but you feel so passionate about your career or business, there’s no stopping you!
Your family keeps telling you to take a break.
You need to rest.
Don’t they know you’re on a mission!
Your friends have stopped asking you to meet up, because you’re just too busy all the time.
Don’t they know you’re on a mission!
Ok so maybe you are striving to create a better life for yourself and your family.
Ok so maybe you can miss out on a few nights out with your friends.
BUT when was the last time you actually stopped and had some fun?
If you find yourself constantly saying ‘not right now, I’m too busy’, then it might be time to check yourself BEFORE you wreck yourself!
So how can you tell if burn out is affecting you or your relationships?
1 the little things irritate you
Things that normally don’t bother you really start to.
2 you snap at your loved ones
Exhausted and feeling like you’re the only one doing everything while everyone else is slacking off?
3 you don’t connect anymore
The less you do together, the less you feel together.
Burn out affects everyone differently, but it can really hinder our relationships.
If you relate to any or all these, take 5 minutes to journal on this.
Reflect on how it can be resolved - asking for help, delegating tasks or setting firmer boundaries.
As your coach this is something we can work through together.
Burn out will hit at some point.
Life is for living, go live it.
You’re a human BEING not a human doing, it’s time for you to enjoy a balance of work, life, love and play.
Don’t wait before it’s too late.
Even when you’re on a mission, all work and no play can make you forget how to live.
